The Chowder Trail

This summer we are thrilled to introduce Nova Scotia’s newest culinary tourism experience.

Much like wine trails and other culinary trails found all over the world the “Chowder Trail” is an amazing and diverse collection of chef inspired restaurants and local hot spots throughout the province who offer authentic seafood chowder made from scratch using Nova Scotia seafood products.

What better way to taste Nova Scotia then to enjoy a bowl of seafood chowder. Every batch of seafood chowder tells the story of who we are and where we’re from.

We take the finest seafood from our cold, clean waters and we pair it with produce from our lush, fertile valleys. It’s warm and comforting, much like the character of our people.

Grab your spoon and hit the trail to indulge in chowder from every corner, cove and valley in the province.

FEATURED RECIPES
